Born in Croatia, Tina Kovacicek graduated in journalism studies and public relations at the Faculty of Zagreb. For three years she was working as production assistant and press office assistant at the Music Biennale Zagreb-Festival of contemporary music. She also worked as Production assistant for cultural festivals such as ZagrebDox – Documentary Film Festival and Contemporary Dance Festival Zagreb. In 2010, Tina completed a Management program at the European School of Economics in New York City followed by a 6 months internship working for Nexus Townhouse as events organiser. Tina is interested in cultural management and dialog. She is currently assisting the New York based art photographer Liam Alexander and working as a freelance journalist and writer for couple of websites. For her internship at Residency Unlimited, Tina is working on increasing RU’s visibility with the media.
