Location: Heraklion, Crete, Greece
Duration: 2 or 3 weeks
Eligibility: ResidenceSEA is open to artists, hackers and researchers from all countries, backgrounds and disciplines, in all combinations. Our focus is multimedia art, installation art, video art, sound art, performance art, art science and technology.
Support: housing,workspace,exhibition,presentation,documentation,media support
Costs: We require a project fee of 450.
ResidenceSEA – Sensing your Environment through Art – is a residence for artists.
ResidenceSEA aims to bring international artists to Heraklion and facilitate their creative process and research in dialogues and collaboration with the local community. We support a playground of ideas based on the principle of “do-it-together-with-others” and share knowledge and creativity with out borders. ResidenceSEA does not receive funds and is self-sustained, non-commercial, supported by volunteers, contributions from artists, and sponsors.
