In order to prepare Marseille Provence, European Capital of Culture 2013, the Roberto Cimetta Fund and Marseille-Provence 2013 have opened a joint fund for artistic mobility within the Euro-Med region.
This Fund is open to artistic projects in the Euro-Mediterranean region in the following areas: contemporary performing arts (theatre, dance, circus/street/puppet art), music, visual arts, digital arts, photography, film, new writing, playwriting, etc.
Projects need to be linked to the Marseille-Provence 2013 project and/or the concerned area of Marseille Provence and to contribute to its development.
With the support of a number of partners, the Roberto Cimetta Fund has set up a programme for awarding individual travel grants. These cover travel and visa costs for trips such as attending professional cultural network meetings, workshops, artist’s residences, symposiums etc.
