Katya Grokhovsky performing “Status Update” with Art in Odd Places

September 17-20, 2015

This roaming performance features several female performers dressed in bright colored clothes and wigs carrying canvas banners which will display hand-painted sentences or status updates. The work transports our digital daily habits into physical reality.

Location: Thursday, September 17 from 6-9pm on the corner of Magnolia and East South Street near the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts; Friday, September 18 from 1-3pm and 5-7pm SW Corner of Magnolia Ave & Washington Street near the History Center; Saturday 19 from 1-3pm and 5-7pm halfway down Southside of Heritage Square on South Central Boulevard; Sunday, September 20 from 1-3pm on the NE Corner of Magnolia Avenue and Church Church Street near Magnolia Place
