Under the auspices of Residency Unlimited, Anne Percoco will maintain a studio at chashama’s Brooklyn Army Terminal, during which time she will pursue site- and community-based projects in addition to studio-based work. Percoco’s artistic process is grounded in local observation and research and manifests qualities such as resourcefulness, curiosity, responsiveness, and playfulness. Residency Unlimited’s emphasis on providing specialized assistance and local knowledge and contacts will likely prove to be absolutely essential for such work.
